Hi again, I saw the free tools to buy from amazon for example, but I got a little confused. There seems to have duplicate for gouge for example.... Like sets and individual other ones. Same for thumbs planes. I don't know what to choose...

Hi, those tools are not free! The tool guide is free.
Yes, there is no complete set of gouges for violin making out there, so we have to follow the tool guide, and mix and match.
There are a few options so students can choose from different price range.
If you don't have any tools, you can start with the ATOPLEE set or the Woodstock Set.
Woodrivers' is also good, but they are out of stock for now. :-)
